Job Purpose:
1. This position will take overall control of the whole process from design to construction. This position will also take an active role in time management.
2. This position will take responsibility for communicating with customers, initializing and understanding their needs and requirements, discussing the design style and price with them are some responsibilities of this position.
3. Directing the whole design team during the design phases is an important part of this position.
4. This position ensures that the design fulfills the customers’ needs as well as the whole project scheduling. Supporting, discussing with the subordinates, decision making and problem solving during the design tasks are also partial responsibilities of this position.
5. Directing and participating in construction management to ensure the project schedule will be another responsibility of this position.
6. Making necessary explanation to the customers during the construction is another responsibility.
7. This position is also required to participate in procurement of materials, meeting with managers and solving technical problems.
8. Another important role of this position is to initialize the necessity of making changes in design concepts, design style, construction price and other disadvantages.
9. This position requires the person to cooperate with colleagues harmoniously.
