Using a directly employed skilled labour force and management team they have experience in delivering both substructures and superstructures, encompassing complex logistics management with both temporary and permanent works design. As well as traditional deep basement construction, they can adopt a top down approach to construction and have developed an in-house Jumpform system, with considerable benefits to craneage and programme. They are market leaders in the development of composite building projects and offer their clients total envelope solutions. As part of their continued growth our client is looking to employ an experienced R.C Project Manager to control contracts within the North East region. A proven track record in Reinforced Concrete Framed Buildings is essential, as is a high level of construction knowledge along with exceptional man management and communication skills.
