The Firm
Our client is an owner-managed construction and property consultancy, specialising in project management, cost management, building surveying, regeneration and taxation. It employs 300 staff in seven offices across the UK in Birmingham , Bristol , Liverpool , London , Manchester , Sheffield and Wokingham.
The Job
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their site in Wokingham, Surrey. Ideally someone who has had 3 years or more experience and MUST be from a consultancy firm and not a sub-contractor.
The ideal candidate should come from a buildings background as opposed to civil engineering.
Must be a full member of RICS
Excellent salary package would be offered to the right candidate. Immediate start.
