Our Client, a leading International Construction company is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their thriving business throughout the South East.

Ideally the successful candidate will be delivery / hands on focussed, and be responsible for overseeing a number of smaller projects to the value of £3m-£4m, or 1 to 2 larger projects to the value of £10m-£15m. The majority of projects are within the health or education sector, so prior experience would be advantageous. Experience of design & build projects would be a bonus.
