Due to their continued success this leading telecoms consultancy urgently has an immediate requirement for an Estates Surveyor.
The essence of your brief will be to negotiate lease renewals, rent reviews and other variations to agreements with respect to existing radio base stations for mobile phone operators. Through examining agreements you will provide advice to enable proposed works to existing sites, and offer your town planning support to acquisition and planning projects.
Together with a property related degree, you will MRICS qualified although APC training and support will be provided. you will have a proven track record in estate management. With your flexible approach to work and excellent communication skills.
You will also have up to two years post qualification experience, preferably in a development control department.
