They currently require a planner on a contract basis to be based in their office in Southampton. The project is to build a new facility for cleanrooms, research laboratories, offices and support buildings. Project experience in the pharmaceutical industry an advantage.

The right candidate will have exposure to Pharmaceutical, office, factory or shopping centre projects.

Ideally, the planner will need to have 8-10 years relative planning experience, mainly site based.
