You will be experienced in the provision of building surveying services to educational and social housing clients.

You will be investigating, diagnosing and remedying defects, providing advice on solutions and consequences.

Additionally you will be involved with providing design and contract managment for major repairs, refurbishments and new build schemes under traditional forms of contract, partnering and PFI/PPP arrangements.
