We have a number of opportunities for experienced Surveyors to work with Housing Associations and Local Authorities on a contract basis. Responsible for the delivery of major works and cyclical re-decoration programmes to residential properties, schools and public buildings. Duties will include diagnosing defects, preparation of NBS specifications, administration of JCT standard forms of contract, schedule of rates contracts and pre and post inspections.
