Area Manager: Facilities
Location: Home Based
Area: South East / M1 Corridor
Salary-up to 30k basic plus bonus, car, pension, medical and life assurance
Our client is the fastest growing Facilities Management company in the UK employing some 8,000 people across the country.Their impressive client portfolio includes a major UK retailer on a 10 year contract.
As a result of continued growth we are now looking for highly motivated Facilities Managers to take responsibility for multi-disciplined teams who are operating in a number of retail outlets.
You will manage your area and will be given full responsibility for P/L, KPI'S, Service Levels, People Management and Client Liaison.
Your team will be made up of technicians, refrigeration/heating engineers,plumbers, and landscapers so experience of managing one or all disciplines will be an advantage.
Most importantly you will be comfortable in a dynamic business environment where making things happen with a can do approach is the order of the day.
You will be expected to manage across multi-sites and your leadership skills will be strong.Your client relationship skills will be first class and your communication ability will be second to none.
