This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading partnership of commercial property consultants. A multi-discipline chartered surveying practice numbering approximately 400 staff throughout the UK. Established over 100 years ago and with business objective is the provision of top quality, informed property advice, at speed and in a cost-effective manner.
Due to further strengthening of the team in Edinburgh they now require a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to work on an enormous range of projects, the role will vary from valuation of commercial properties and shopping centres to carrying out rent reviews and development appraisals. The range of clients is just as diverse and includes landowners, investors, occupiers, funders and local authorities.
You will MRICS and highly motivated you will be a team player, computer literate and prepared to work hard in a professional environment.
