Our Newcastle based client, a small, friendly practice that was formed nearly ten years ago, presently requires the skills of a qualified Project Architect on a permanent basis.
The suitable candidate will have at least 5 years Post Part 3 experience with sound knowledge of both the private and public sides of the Residential sector. Working from detailed design stage onwards (to start with), you will spend 80% of your time working with Residential Developers and 20% with Housing Associations.
Prior practical experience on Archicad is preferable, yet not essential. We must stress that some form of previous CAD experience is essential.
Although they benefit from excellent road and air links, the practice is not accessible by public transport; hence you will need your own transport.
