Due to a structured growth in the last 5 years and internal promotion, this dynamic contractor with a current turnover of GBP150m is seeking an experienced Surveyor to work within their Residential and Commercial Division. You will be expected to run projects valued up to GBP10m reporting to a Commercial Manager. Suitable candidate will need a minimum of 3 years’ experience in at least one of the mentioned sectors backed with a drive an ambition to further their career within construction.
