Dynamic and ambitious contractor with a current turnover of GBP5m, specialising in high quality refurbishment and fit out, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work alongside one of the directors to oversee the commercial aspects of the business. You will oversee projects ranging in value from GBP75k-GBP1.5m. Our client has ambitious forecasts for future growth and plan to tender for works in the region of GBP2.5m in 2006. Applicants will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience backed with some form of construction-related qualification.
