Our Client, a leading International Construction company, is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their business in Watford.
Reporting into the Head of Estimating, and as the Senior Estimator you will be expected to take a leading role in estimating tenders for the FM (Facilities Management) team. Ideally you should have at least 5 years FM knowledge; those who have less experience as an estimator will be seriously considered.
Candidates must have excellent numeracy skills and the ability to think analytically. They should be able to identify and address detail. They must be able to demonstrate an ability to work harmoniously within a team of professionally qualified people and perform effectively and efficiently when working to demanding timescales. They must have drive and conviction, inspire confidence and bring their own knowledge and that of others together to the benefit of the proposal/bid preparation process.
In addition to this you will be expected to contribute to the securing of new business.
