The Building division of this multi-disciplined construction company, seeks a Project Manager to work on new build, D&B, industrial and commercial projects, with values of £5m – £20m, in the North West. Candidates will be qualified to a min HNC level, with at least 3 years experience of running your own projects, with financial and onsite responsibilities. The role will include, you taking immediate ownership of projects and controlling from award to handover.
