Our Client, a leading Construction Company (Main Contractor), is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join their team on a major PFI project on Merseyside.
This project is a PFI Hospital, and they are looking for candidates who ideally have prior experience with a UK Main Contractor, working on large and/or complex projects with significant levels of financial responsibility.
The successful applicant must show the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. The ability to communicate and interface at all levels internally and externally is also important.
There is also a need for a more senior individual, perhaps a Commercial Manager on the same project.
