With excellent experience of preparing major projects you will be responsible for undertaking works from feasibility to final account. Computer literate in AutoCAD as required to assist with some design work. Projects are residential refurbishments up to GBP1.5m in value. Excellent communication skills as will be required to liase at all levels. Previous experience working on social housing is essential. Must have own transport.
