Working on maintenance and refurbishment projects to public buildings, educational establishments and residential care homes. You will be responsible for stock condition surveys, dealing with planning applications, supervising contractors on site, pre and post inspection of the works and preparing detailed specifications. Previous experience working on non housing projects is essential. Your own transport along with the ability to work within a team and on own initiative is a prerequisite of this role.
