An exciting opportunity has arisen with a young and highly successful developer who, due to their expansion within the last 3 years, has an opening for a Surveyor. The suitable candidate will be working on projects up to GBP50m, with a mixed residential and commercial development due to start in the New Year to the value of GBP40m. Our client is looking for a Surveyor who is preferably degree-qualified with 4-6 years’ subsequent experience of working on either Commercial or Residential developments and with the ability to take a project from inception through to completion. Applicants can come from all sectors within the Construction industry as long as they have the relevant experience. You will work closely with a young and successful Commercial Director who can offer excellent future career development.
