This is a challenging role offering the opportunity to contribute to one of the most complex PFI/PPP markets. With multiple contracts approaching contractual close you will play an active role in an important and developing area of our client's business.
Supporting the PFI Director you will be involved in all aspects of the PFI bidding, development, negotiation and implementation. During the mobilisation phase you will transfer contractual knowledge and understanding throughout the team and contribute in other areas as required. Once the delivery phase starts you will support the PFI Director in his internal client role. If you thrive on hard work and variety this role will not disappoint.
Degree qualified or equivalent with experience gained in the construction or wider property industry, you will ideally have PFI/PPP experience though this is not essential. You'll need to demonstrate the drive to succeed and have good organisational, analytical and communication skills.
