Our Client currently has vacancies for a Mechanical and Electrical Design Leaders. This position has come about due to recent success in securing significant projects within the Middle East region. The positions offer excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop and grow within the company. The Middle East region currently employs approximately 100 multi-disciplined engineers within the property division. The successful candidate will enjoy a high profile role leading the Mechanical and Electrical team within the chosen office and will be required to assist with the development of the business through excellent design skills. have ambitious targets and we need only the best quality people to help us achieve these goals The successful applicant will: ·ÔHave a proven track record of at least ten years in leading high quality design projects ·ÔBe conversant with current good design practice and design methods ·ÔHave a proven track record working with High profile architectural practices and Blue Chip clients ·ÔBe a Chartered Engineer ·ÔAn excellent communicator in written, graphical and spoken format ·ÔBe a team player able to motivate people and inspire their team ·ÔBe an active member of a Professional Institution ·ÔWill have a personal Client base ·ÔBe conversant with Mechanical and Electrical Design software ·ÔHave a desire to produce the highest quality work and set standards for the industry ·ÔExperience in working on overseas projects and ideally worked overseas for a period of time ·ÔHave a passion for integrated design solutions The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties ·ÔResponsible for technical aspects of design ·ÔRecruitment and Development of staff under his /her control ·ÔScheduling of projects and staff ·ÔTechnical quality and quality control of projects ·ÔDevelopment of the Mechanical and Electrical Skill Group within the office ·ÔFinancial responsibility of Project work Developing relationships and business links with Clients and securing work
