My client, a leading International Chartered Quantity Surveyor practice offering a wide range of professional expertise and experience to all sectors of the Construction Industry both through their nationwide network of regional offices and overseas are seeking Quantity Surveyors for their Belfast office.
You should ideally have experience between 2 – 10 years experience and must be able to work on your own initiative. A feature of the role will be the opportunity to work within one of their client’s organisations and therefore flexibility is an essential requirement for the position.
Reporting to senior personnel, the applicant must be able to demonstrate self motivation, have a professional approach and display good interpersonal skills.
Current work being undertaken from these offices includes property (commercial, retail, education, sports) rail, civil engineering, utilities and telecommunication projects.
