Our client is a long established firm of construction cost consultants and project managers. They are now seeking a Project Manager for their Belfast office. You will need to have project management experience gained with consultants in the construction industry to do project management of capital budgets up to £100m in areas such as leisure, retail, healthcare and other sectors. You will report to an Associate and there will be the need for some travel in the UK. It is likely that your background will be in quantity surveying, building surveying or similar in the construction industry with 2 years plus project management experience.
