Our client is a large firm of construction cost consultants. Their Belfast office is seeking Quantity Surveyor for the Cost Management of a range of construction projects. You will be involved in strategic cost management of capital budgets up to £100m in sector such as leisure, education, retail, healthcare and financial services. You will report to an Associate. Some UK travel will be required. Ideally you will already be MRICS qualified.
