We are looking for a Contracts Manager to work for a successful roofing business based in Oxon. Our client is a medium sized company within a large group (£25m t/o).
You will be responsible from taking control of projects once they start on site. You will be the first point of contact for the client and you will liase between the client and your project team. You will be ultimately respobsible for delivering all projects in a timely fashion whilst taking into account all financial, quality and safety issues for each of your projects which will amount to a minimum £100k of t/o per month.
You must be IT literate. Your time will be spent both in the office and out on site as this is a very proactive role.
Your salary will include a percentage of the companies gross profit as well as an attractive basic and car allowance.
