This leading Consultancy provides independent project management expertise specifically tailored to suit individual clients needs. With a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, varying in size, nature and complexity, providing high quality consultancy services to clients within the private and public sector. They have a diversified portfolio of projects ranging from inner city developments to shopping centres, retail parks, office fit-outs, refurbishment, infrastructure, health and housing accommodation.
Services vary from Turnkey Project Management to Executive Project Management or Project Management Consultancy. Their scope of services includes single point of project responsibility Identifying the client's objectives and responsibilities, brief development, feasibility studies, design management, risk assessment, project programme and budget planning, dispute resolution advice, investment appraisals and other services such as due diligence or fund monitoring.
Our client currently require a number of Senior Project Managers As the director of Project Management, based out of the London office the candidate will have major project experience ($100 million +) and be familiar with the central London market. Ideally from a QS or PM background and RICS qualified you will have experience of managing teams of all sizes and be keen to develop those skills with a progressive organisation.
