Our client is one of the UK?s leading independent town planning consultancies with a network of offices throughout the UK.
Their London office is now seeking an Associate Director to join the Retail and Town Centre Team. You will take considerable responsibility for co-ordinating multi disciplinary teams working with leading retailer?s developers and investment institutions possibly as well as local planning authorities. You will be expected to contribute to managing a team of staff and mentoring individuals within it. A proven ability to identify and win new business would be an advantage.
You will be MRTPI and/or MRICS planning and development qualified with consultancy experience. You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication written and analytical skills and have the ability to manage a demanding workload. You will have experience in town centre development and different types of retail development. You will have a thorough understanding of retail policy issues and quantitative analyses. You will have an opportunity to work for major clients such as major food store operators comparison goods retailers and leading retail developers.
