We are seeking a number of experienced TLO's / RLO's (Tennant / Resident Liason Officers) to work for one of London's most successful Social Housing Contractors.
Previous experience dealing with occupied dwellings in a construction environment is essential. You will need to be knowledgable, diplomatic, able to liase between the residents, the client, the contractor and the local authorities to ensure that the residents suffer as little disruption as possible and are kept safe at all times.
Our client has urgent needs on large sites in Harrow and Islington at present, both sites are widespread so you will need to be a car owner / driver in order to travel around site.
