Our client is a leading independent consultancy, founded in 1906 providing financial, construction and management services to the property and construction industry.
Their aim is to provide services that exceed their clients' expectations, enhancing their reputation and enabling them to grow their resources and expertise.
Due to expansion in the South East region, their Essex office now requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Capable of preparing budget estimates/cost plans, tender documents, interim valuations, cost reports and final accounts including the evaluation of Contractors’ claims, computer literate in respect of the preparation of spreadsheets, capable of working to strict targets and timetables, robust and strong attitude to negotiations with contractors, challenge designs and suggest sustainable alternative economic design solutions and communicating with design team, effective variation control and reporting direct to clients including presentations.
