Our client is leading contractor that has regional offices across UK. They are currently seeking a construction planner / tender planner to join their expanding team in Essex.

This major contractor has a focused building division that specialises in affordable / social housing. Due to cementing client relationships and their commitment to become UK No1 home builder, they can boast a profit increase from £20m to £40m in the last 2 years.
