The prime responsibility is to manage and integrate the new build and refurbishment within a live hospital. Responsible for setting out the design and procurement strategy, through managing the design team, liaising with other companies in the joint partnership agreement and supply chain to further develop the planning philosophy to enhance efficiency levels using innovative techniques including off site fabrication. Working in an integrated office environment the aim is to foster good team work to the mutual benefit of all, spreading best practice throughout the industry.
