Quantity Surveyor – Sustainable Developments – Derby

The Role:
Due to recent project wins a vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor has arisen with a major national contractor with a regional base in the East Midlands.

The regional office is in Nottingham but the successful quantity surveyor will be based on site in Derby. The project based in Leicester is due to commence in 2 months but this vacancy is an urgent requirement

The project is due to last for 90 weeks and consists of 130 apartment
