Due to expansion and increasing workload my client has an urgent requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their already successful team.
You will be part of a team of 8 surveyors and will initially manage at least 4 sites.
All contracts carried out are new build and you will be expected to manage the process from planning through to completion.
The role is based out of my clients office in Derby but you need to visit the sites occasionally.
