Quantity Surveyor – Derby/ Construction

The Role:
A Quantity Surveyor is required by my client to become a project quantity surveyor on a £7m health care scheme in the Derby area.

This is an urgent requirement for my client as they will reach financial close on this scheme in the next 2 weeks and are due to start on site in 10 weeks time. This scheme will involve being site based for the 16 month duration

This is part of a long term agreement that my client have to deliver health care
