Quantity Surveyor required to provide support for all commercial, contractual and financial activities within the Defence Business and in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Key tasks will include: · Collate information for the preparation of monthly financial reports, manage tender and contract letting procedures, settle claims or disputes arising from sub-contractors, advising on preparation of procurement strategy, monitoring financial performance against group forecast and identify fee claims for maximising profitability of contract group.
Applicants must possess experience of financial reporting, pre tender estimates and tender documentation and experience of contract administration.
HNC or equivalent and be a member of an appropriate professional institution
