The candidates will have a background in civil engineering work/water industry and road contracts. They would prefer for them to have a degree in Quantity Surveying (or something related). RICS is an advantage but not essential. More importantly looking to see that individuals can run contracts or assist on contracts.
Measurement and re-measurement of the project works.
Procurement and control of various subcontract packages from enquiry through to Final Account.
Assisting in the preparation of CVR’s, Forecasts and Budgets.
Maintaining suitable records as directed by Supervisor.
Assisting in the preparation of NHCL interim and final applications.
Assisting in operation of change control procedures.
