Senior Estimator required, to focus upon projects in the East Anglia and Essex areas.
As a successful construction business, with an expanding client base this organisation is now looking to secure further business opportunities.
Operating across all building sectors most projects are design and build, generally project values range from £2m to £15m.
This role is a client focused position; working as part of the pre-construction team you will lead the estimate/tender/bid process, whilst liasing closely with operational teams and clients to ensure projects are secured.
You will need to demonstrate experience of managing tenders to £10m, knowledge of all forms of estimating particularly Design and Build and including bills of quantities,
