This is an outstanding opportunity for young Bright Enthusiastic and committed individuals to join this Successful operation. You will be responsible for Refit / Refurbishment's projects, Rent Reviews, Lease agreements and Maintenance work you will be managing a portfolio of over £200 Million.
The infrastructure to support the business is far superior to any I have seen before, you are responsible for your own portfolio which means you have the authority to acquire and release sites as you see fit.
You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to think on your feet, dealing with sensitive issues as they arise and see these through to a satisfactory conclusion, ensuring all parties are completely satisfied.
Degree Educated, and MRICS Qualified desirable although not a pre-requisite Previous client side or main contractor experience would prove a distinct advantage.
Salary £ Per Hour Highly negotiable on a Ltd company basis + Travel Allowance
