Our client is a leading Telco.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Expert in CTI technologies, including IVRs, with hands-on experience of GENESYS Suite versions 6.1 through 7 (integration, configuration, infrastructure, routing, GVP and software development) OR Expert in Java programming language, J2EE and n-tier application design & development, including RDBMS development
- Expert in System Architecture & systems integration
- 5+ years IT industry experience
- Expert in either Java or c#.NET. Must have knowledge of the other
- Unix, Windows
- Extensive RDBMS experience
- n-tier application design & development
- object oriented design (principles, methodology and tools)
- vendor management / selection experience
- project planning and scheduling experience, with proven ability to deliver to deadlines
Desirable
3+ years Interaction Routing experience
Web services
Genesys 7
UML
Avaya Definity experience
IN, SCP, Telsys, Telecoms knowledge
To develop a wide range CTI solutions. You will be a hands-on developer and use a variety of technologies to fullfil requirements (from Java, .NET, Oracle and web services through to the Genesys Customer Interaction Suite), as well as providing a consultative role to the business to determine technical feasibility and optimal technical solutions. The role will suit either a practiced Genesys consultant with hands-on development experience or an all-round developer with Java and DB development.
