*** SENIOR ANALYST DESIGNER ***
Our client is a leading international mobile telecommunications provider. Due to an exciting new project, they are now urgently looking for a high calibre Senior Analyst Designer.
The main purposes of this job is to collaborate in the design of business and architectural solutions to business needs, and to transform those designs into complete, detailed technical solution designs from which developers and testers can deliver working systems.
Candidates should have around five years experience within the IT industry and should be expert in CRM/CTI, System Architecture and systems integration, with 3+ years Interaction Routing experience or CRM Systems. You should also have experience of Java, J2EE, UNIX and Oracle.
Any experience of the telecoms industry, Genesys 7, Avaya Definity, IN, SCP, Telsys, UML, RUP, ERWIN, Rational Rose or OO design would be an advantage.
