We are currently seeking out a skilled individual for a role as an Oracle Financial Support Analyst, for an international mobile operator. You will be providing support for designated systems, ensuring that agreed service levels are met. You will investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents in order to restore normal service, as well as liasing with third parties and internal support teams. All identified failures and errors will be resolved in a timely manner, so excellent time management skills is a must. You will need a minimum of 2 years experience in a support function/supporting OLAP databases and 2 years of Oracle Financial Analyser experience, an IT related degree should support this. Experience in Software Development, knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Mobile Phone industry is essential .
