Technical Support Engineer (Exchange, Domino) Up to £30K, Cambridgeshire, Urgent Our client is currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to assist with the provision of tier 2 and 3 technical support to our operators, resellers and direct customers. You will have a great opportunity to build broad experience in mobile technologies and enterprise environments in a fast growing company. We expect that the applicant will have, · Has a strong dedication to customer satisfaction · Has 2-5 years experience in technical customer support · Has strong analytic problem solving skills · Is able to work efficiently and professionally in a multinational team · Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages are a plus · Is able to act and communicate in a proactive manner to set customer expectations and resolve conflicts within them · Has general experience in enterprise environments o Data and Windows networks o Messaging systems such as Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino · Preferably has experience and knowledge of: o Messaging protocols such as SMTP, IMAP, MAPI and DIIOP o Lotus Domino environments o Programming languages: C, C++, Java, SQL, HTML, WML o Various mobile devices If this sounds of interest, contact andrew@Probecomms.co.uk or call on 0207 745 7213.
