The Organisation:
This is a very rare opportunity to genuinely make a real difference in London by increasing peoples' understanding of social issues. This established educational charity has offices throughout the UK, Europe, Africa and Australia and runs mind broadening educational programmes for over 60,000 people, from school children to senior decision makers in global organisations.
The Job:
A very challenging role that includes having responsibility for planning and delivering high quality leadership programmes to dynamic leaders across the nation. You will be building relationships in order to gain support from senior leaders across all sectors, taking care of recruitment into the programme and responsibility for the budget. You will be involved with developing and organising the events programmes for the year along with increasing participation from around the nation.
The Person:
Demonstrate a charismatic personal presence and the ability to make a strong impact. The ability to chair and inspire confidence in people will be highly regarded. Demonstrate a sound knowledge of local and national issues coupled with the ability to be able to identify key issues and communicate these clearly.
You will have at least 12 months admin experience. You will also require advanced MS Office skills along with a professional and proactive approach.
