Experience in running and facilitating groups essential (either in a day programme or residential unit). Counselling qualification is essential. Working within the 12 step programme you will key work clients and run groups and workshops on relapse prevention, anger management etc. Carrying a caseload of clients and developing 1 to 1 treatment plans. Clients are either alcohol or substance misusers with a stable home environment.
