A contemporary, 4* Deluxe property in Wiltshire requires the services of a focused and dynamic Operations Manager to join their busy team. The hotel boasts over 180 rooms, 10 meeting rooms with the largest having the capacity of hosting up to 600 delegates.
You will be reporting to the General Manager and will responsible for overseeing the Front of House Manager, Food & Beverage Manager and up to 30 associated staff. You will also be running the whole establishment, working closely with department heads and take a hands on role in operation. You will take responsibility for the controls and standards set by the company and General Manager and will be responsible for driving the team to attain those standards. Your role will involve; organizing staff training, managing the budgetary demands, recruitment, maintaining and developing standards, designing and ensuring adherence to hotel procedures.
The successful applicant will have great determination and focus to achieve the high standards of customer service that the Hotel ascribes to. The company firmly believe in development of staff and are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Operations Manager with excellent training abilities and a strong financial background.
