National renowned hotel group seeks an Event Co-ordinator for a contemporary and stylish 4 star hotel in Warwickshire. The hotel offers excellent conference and leisure facilities ideal for short breaks or corporate events. The hotel boasts over 130 bedrooms, spa and extended conference rooms for seating of 120 delegates.
You will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will be joining an expanding team of two Co-ordinators, you will be responsible for converting initial client inquiries and the up selling of conference facilities. Other responsibilities will include personal show rounds and subsequent client rate negotiations, completion of function sheets and event aftercare with your clients.
The position demands that your communication skills are second to none, and that your personable and bubbly personality shines through. In addition your presentation must be excellent at all times.
