A highly acclaimed 4 star hotel in Warwickshire seeks a dedicated and ambitious Sales Manager. The hotel enjoys over 50 bedrooms, excellent leisure facilities including a great food service with fine dining all located in the heart of the West Midlands.
You will be reporting to the General Manager and will be required to create and achieve the annual sales and marketing plan. You will be responsible for undertaking local business research to identify potential new business throughout corporate, conference and leisure sectors, maximising all sales and revenue opportunities and account management. You will be targeted on revenue brought into the hotel as well as achieving local corporate business and 8 to 10 client appointments per week. This position will also give you the opportunity to be involved in advertising and marketing within given to promote the venue throughout all market sectors.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 18 months relevant experience with a strong proven track record in sales. You will also be an energetic and driven person who has a very pro-active work ethic with the ability to close deals.
