A Sales Manager is required for our client Covering Two Luxurious Properties. Each venue is ideal for all aspects of corporate and leisure requirements, with ample provision of bedrooms and conference space. Both have stunning restaurant, bar and leisure facilities.
You will be required to create and achieve the annual sales and marketing plan. You will be responsible for undertaking local business research to identify potential new business throughout corporate, conference and leisure sectors, maximising all sales and revenue opportunities and account management. You will be targeted on revenue brought into the hotel as well as achieving local corporate business. This position will also give you the opportunity to be involved in advertising and marketing within given to promote the venue throughout all market sectors.
The right candidate will have relevant experience with a strong proven track record in sales either as an existing sales manager or a confident sales executive ready for the next step. Energy, Drive and a very pro-active work ethic are essential personal traits.
You must be eligible to both live and work in the UK to apply for this position.
