Assistant Restaraunt Manager required for our premier 4 Star Hotel in Kent. With 200 rooms, 2 Restaraunts and bars, Leisure club and conference facilities for upto 400 individuals this is and ideal property for all corporate and leisure needs.
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, this position is concerned with the daily supervision of all staff whilst ensuring the courteous and efficient service of Food and Beverage to guests in accordance with prescribed hotel policies and procedures. Your primary concerns will be the satisfaction of our guests and the maintenance of our reputation.
The nature of the position demands that your interpersonal skills are second to none, when dealing with our guests and your staff. In addition, the customer facing nature of the post requires that your presentation and demeanour are exquisite at all times.
