We are currently looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director Of Sales & Marketing. You will primarily be responsible for the overall creation of a central reservations department through evaluation of current reservations people and processes, and the creation and execution of a plan to merge four departments. It will be your task to deliver continuous measurable improvement to revenue and profitability through effective guidance over the people, systems and practices influencing the pricing of all central reservations functions and future ease of booking.
The position demands that you have extensive experience within reservations, and a complete understanding of all the necessary processes undertaken in order to effectively manage the department. In addition your interpersonal skills must be exceptional as you will work with our existing teams as well as recruiting and training new members of staff. You must also have a thorough understanding of all the financial aspects involved.
